Soi3 Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Soi3 is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions apply to the soi3 website, mobile app, and all related services.

By creating an account on soi3, logging into the platform, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

• The platform is not available in countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Soi3's decisions are final and binding.

To register an account on soi3, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account suspension or closure, and any funds on account may be forfeited.

• Active Mobile Number
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• Date of Birth (for 18+ verification)
• Preferred payment method details

For security purposes, soi3 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Soi3 currently supports deposits via the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally instant, though technical issues may cause delays of up to 30 minutes.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳50,000 BDT (may vary by payment method).
• No fees are charged on deposits.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Once a deposit is complete, the funds will be credited to your soi3 wallet. If a deposit fails or your account is debited but the funds do not appear in your wallet, contact our support team immediately and send a screenshot of the transaction.

Certain conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from soi3. Withdrawals can only be made to the payment number used for the deposit or verified on your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (BDT 50,000+) may require additional verification.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies – contact support for details.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests may not be cancellable once submitted, so please confirm the amount before proceeding. soi3 reserves the right to place any suspicious withdrawal request on hold pending investigation.

Soi3 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit on a new account.
• Each bonus has its own separately defined wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – withdrawal is only possible after the relevant conditions have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically voided.
• Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only.

Soi3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a user is found to have abused the bonus system, their account will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Pre-match and live betting odds may differ.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with soi3's policy.
• Bets may be suspended in cases of suspected match-fixing or irregularities.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Live Betting Special Rules:

Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift between the time you submit your bet and confirmation, you will be notified. You can then either confirm the bet at the new odds or cancel it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the soi3 platform. Involvement in any of these will result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or personal details.
• Bonus system abuse (bonus arbitrage).
• Automating bets using software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

Soi3 believes gaming is entertainment – and it should never become a problem. We are deeply committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: Enable automatic logout after a set period of inactivity.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude your account for a specific period if needed.

Soi3 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

If you wish to close your account, please notify the support team. Withdraw any available balance before closure. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
